MILWAUKEE @ MEMPHIS | 1/16 | 8:00 PM EST
Milwaukee has been one of the biggest surprises in the league this season and they currently sit in second place in the Eastern Conference with a 30-12 record. They have a game against Miami at home on Tuesday night and they will be looking for their 2nd win in a row in that game.
The Bucks are off to a great start this season, but things haven’t been working out for them over the last few weeks as they find themselves in the middle of their worst slump of the season. They have lost their last two games and eight of their last nine games and will try to end their slump with a win over the Bucks on Wednesday night.
The Grizzlies are in an absolute free-fall. They’ve lost eight of their last nine games, have numerous injury problems and trade rumors are starting to swirl about their best players. None of that bodes well for them with the freight train that is the Milwaukee Bucks coming to town. The Bucks have rattled off 9 wins in their last 11 games, and have been one of the best road teams in the league this season — only the Warriors have a better net rating away from home. Plus, they dismantled the Heat so easily on Tuesday night that they were able to get all their starters plenty of rest, mitigating the fact that they’re on the second night of a back-to-back.
